ui-constraint-enabled? -- Returns the ENABLE from the ui-constraint object UI-CONSTRAINT.

Description

Returns the ENABLE from the ui-constraint object UI-CONSTRAINT. errors if UI-CONSTRAINT is not an ui-constraint.
